ActiveX Controls are not part of the MOS specification, but are closely related and use MOS as an enabling technology. At the NAB 1999 meeting we discussed a desire for the MOS Group to agree on a common specification for MOS related ActiveX controls. This area is used to explore this topic. Rob Tuch presented the original draft of Standards for ActiveX Media Controls and has followed this up with an update.
